When you book a service or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, service address, and details of the service you requested, directly from you during calls you initiate.

How we use it

We use your information solely to schedule and deliver the services you requested, to send appointment confirmations and technician arrival updates you asked for, and to respond to your inquiries.

SMS consent and sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, excluding messaging aggregators and providers strictly as necessary to deliver the messages you requested.

Opting out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Data retention and security

We retain booking records only as long as needed for service delivery and legal requirements, and protect them with industry-standard safeguards. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
