Opt-in over the phone

Customers can also opt in verbally during a call they place to one of our service lines. Our receptionist asks:

"Would you like a text confirmation of your appointment? You'll receive appointment-related text messages from us — message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out."

Only customers who say yes receive messages. Internal staff recipients have explicitly requested lead-alert notifications.

Sample message

"Hi John, this is Bell Air Duct confirming your air duct cleaning appointment on Sunday between 10 AM and 1 PM. Our technician will call you before arriving. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
